This plan provides for the implementation of YFA policies and procedures for the provision of auxiliary aids to ensure the accessibility of YFA’s programs, services and employment to persons with impaired sensory, manual or speaking skills. This plan also applies to those persons who have Limited English Proficiency, as well as persons who are disabled.
