Under development by YFA, The Commons at Speer Village is an affordable housing project that will consist of a total of fifty-six (56) apartments and is located in New Port Richey, near our Administrative Offices.
Phase I of The Commons at Speer Village is completed and consist of six (6) supportive housing units that serves eight developmentally disabled adults.
YFA plans to break ground on Phase II late 2024.
