Fiscal Associate - Part Time:  HSD/GED required.  Responsible for maintaining accounts payable records.  Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software applications as well as basic office procedures including filing, copying, and data entry skills are required.  Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.  Must be a self-starter and able to work with limited supervision.  Not-for-profit experience preferred, but not necessary.  Competitive salary based on education and experience.

Family Counselor:  (3 openings) Masters Degree; 0-3 years post Masters clinicalcounseling experience or Bachelor’s Degree; 4+ years post Bachelors experience directly in human services, preferably in counseling.  Must have special qualifications in Family Preservation; education/experience in working with children and foster/adoptive/natural families.  Must have knowledge of family systems, child abuse and child welfare issues.  Conducts crisis intervention and other assessments, prepares treatment plans; psycho-socials; assures clinical contract and regulatory compliance goals; provides case management and family intervention and counseling, provides home visits as appropriate.  Participates as part of county-wide rotating on-call team 24/7 to provide crises intervention, assessment, and family support intervention.  Salary based on education and experience.

Case Management Coordinator – Adoptions:  BA/BSW or MA/MSW; at least three years direct experience in FC/Adoption.  Specializes in and offers expertise in Adoptive placement home and child studies under the direction of the Program Director or Assistant Program Director.  Provides on-going case management services until the adoption process is completed.   Completes adoptive home studies and home study updates for prospective adoptive familiesMust have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; ability to document in a clear, concise manner.  Must possess demonstrated knowledge of community resources.  and skills necessary to assess, interpret and deliver care-related information concerning to prepare a child and family for adoption. Family Finder:  Master's Degree, preferred; Bachelor’s degree with direct experience required. Will locate and reconnect extended family members (and sometimes long lost parents) for children in foster care, especially those who will soon age out of the system. Will follow the stages identified by Families First in an effort to identify family members and work to build relationships with children in care that may result an ongoing bond with family members and hopefully placement and permanency. He/She must have highly complex job skills; clinical expertise in substance abuse, mental health and domestic violence issues; advanced verbal and written communication skills; the ability to work as a team member; a wide range of internal and external relationships; a high level of autonomy; the ability to adapt and function effectively as both a leader and a contributing team member and the ability to conceptualize strategically to assure the appropriate programmatic response to identifiable needs. This professional will work in a fast- paced environment and must possess the ability and skills to make competent and timely decisions regarding the disposition of referrals and assessments with the primary focus being the safety and well being of children.
