Street Outreach is a program designed to identify and assist youth who are runaway and homeless and living on the streets in Polk County, Florida. The goals of Street Outreach are to reduce the incidence of abuse and exploitation of youth living on the streets and increase support for them by providing the following services:

• Outreach and education
• Regular contact and someone to listen
• Crisis response if needed
• Hygiene items and Survival Aid
• Clothing if needed
• Shelter services
• 24 hour accessibility
